Delivery Information
Enerlux manages deliveries through a combination of our own private delivery drivers and trusted national logistics partners, including companies such as The Courier Guy. The delivery method is selected based on the size, weight, and scope of the order, as well as the delivery location. All deliveries are initiated once an order has been placed, payment has been confirmed, and the order has been processed. Orders are carefully prepared, packaged, and scheduled to ensure safe handling of all electrical, solar, and energy equipment.
Delivery timelines typically range between 1 to 5 business days, depending on:
- The size and complexity of the order
- The selected courier or delivery method
- Courier schedules and regional routing
- The delivery destination
For larger, bulk, or specialised equipment orders, Enerlux may allocate dedicated delivery vehicles or adjusted logistics schedules to ensure safe transport.
Customers will be notified once dispatch has taken place, and tracking details will be provided where applicable.
