Warranty process: All suspected faults must be logged with details from the licensed installer; return/warranty forms must be completed for assessment by the manufacturer/distributor.
Site assessment: Required to confirm design feasibility (sun/shade, roof, electrical configuration, DB location).
Design & scope: We design to the accepted quote. Unquoted electrical work (e.g., distribution board upgrades, rewiring, roofing repairs) is excluded and will be quoted separately if needed.
Permits & approvals: Where applicable, we assist with SSEG applications and municipal/utility approvals; approval timelines are outside our control.
